Update on Signed Copies of Glimpses

Signed copies can be ordered from from Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore. Orders must be placed by Oct. 1 to give them time to order enough copies. If you are ordering from outside the US, ask about lower mailing rates. $28 is the international priority rate they usually use, but they can use slower, cheaper rates. So ask! :-)

The domestic shipping rate isn't much better - $9 - I'm afraid, almost the cost of the book. It was cheaper for me to go to Amazon and buy the entire series of Moonlighting so that I could get free shipping. Maybe someday you'll visit St. Louis and I can get an autograph in person! Or I can afford to come to one of your cons! :)

You could ask if they have a cheaper domestic rate, too. I assume they do.

I ordered a copy to Canada, and asked about the lower rate - I was told it would probably be about $15. Still more expensive than Amazon.com, but worth it for the signed copy. A nice improvement!

I got my reply from Mysterious Galaxy - no, there is no cheaper form of postage. They suggest buying more than one book to make it feasible.

Sorry, I can't afford that, not when I'm not working.
