And I expect Fred (my muse) will wake up soon, too..

Although this... is not necessarily a good thing when it happens. But at least you'll be able to sit up with a clear head to deal with it? ;)

"sit up with a clear head to deal with it?"

Well, everything is relative. "clear head" is not something most people who know me have often accused me of.

(I've spent the day on Codeine courtesy of a migraine, but that is small stuff compared to what you go through)

Glad things are starting to look up hun! *hugs you*

I'm working on another chapter of beast within but I understand if you would like to skip this one for your beta-ing pleasure!

*hugs* xx

I think it best for me to skip a chapter. I am MUCH better in the clear head department than I was with the Norco, but honestly I am still hurting pretty bad and probably can't give it the attention it deserves. After the surgery I'll have a sore butt for a couple of weeks and that should be it. So yeah, give me a chapter off, and I'll be happy to get back onboard with you.

Well thank the gods of all our ancestors you got the insurance settled. I imagine, having slipped a disc myself years ago, that at this point you're almost looking forward to surgery. Good luck with that.

"Looking forward to it" is a significant understatement. My whole life had been on hold for months. But It's only about a week to go now.

Now I wonder why that sounds famil-- Oh. Yeah.

I'll be sending good thoughts in your direction, & toward your sore butt.
