Oh, and regarding my last comment (and your answer), I can't believe I forgot about Benny! I love Benny, he's awesome, and I was really upset when Dean cut all ties with him! I was, like, dude, what the hell? Dean had a friend for once, a real friend and all, and then, BAM! Sam waltzes in and takes it away from him? I call unresolved possessiveness here, people! That guy's just so SELFISH!! ARGH!!
Aaaanyway... Christian is an idiot! I had guessed that he would be Lucy's vessel, but come on! Such pig-headedness and douchebag-ness should be illegal!! Please kill him painfully *sweet smile*
See you!
ETA: I made first commment! I made first comment! *manic laughter*

Yep, you hit the nail on the head there, for both Sam and Christian. Well, regarding their decisions and actions. The outcome of the latter's choice, well...
As for Sam and the Vatican, both are in the next chapter...
Hurray for first comment!

Sam was so thrilled to be invited to the Vatican, he didn't stop to think that he won't be able to speak the language. Or maybe he'll ask Michael or Raziel to download it into his mind - actually, maybe he already has had it done.
His Holiness and all the Cardinals undoubtedly left standing orders to alert them immediately when Dean or his angels call. I confidently expect a bunch of men will find reasons to be there when Dean arrives...

Well, I think Sam would love it regardless of being able to speak the language or not, but that gets answered in the new chapter.
If they're around, having lots of people present is tricky when writing scenes...

yes, I'm apparently one of the few who like Henry. and say that time-travel should've worked for a certain hospital room back in Season 2. and there be an Epic Father/Son beatdown of "oh, this isn't just him and Sam, ok then".
Also, yes, Sam needs to get laid. Not by Raz.

Lol, you're probably right, they'd have run themselves right into the ground and then where would we be?
I didn't mind Henry, though I think they could have introduced that plotline and all much better than they did.
Indeed, not by Raz.

And Christian... I expect everybody saw that coming. I'm surprised he's not directly offering his meat-suit up out of spite

Nope, there were some who didn't, but that's not a bad thing as it's a nice twist for them.

Man is it bad that here is a part of me which doesn't believe that Sam deserves his trip to the Vatican! Why should he get the honour? Its not like he actually deserves it! Dean is a much nicer person then I clearly am
Christian is such a dickhead! I despise him!
Reply
Nope, I struggled with that as well, but it is Dean we're talking about here.
