Round 2: Voting (Special Category) Part I
VOTING: SPECIAL CATEGORY (BEST TYPOGRAPHY, COLOURING, RESOURCES)
☆ ANYONE may vote. Whether they are participants, members or random passerbys. We want as many votes as possible because in such a big competition, it's difficult to determine the clear winners otherwise.
