Just put your votes into the poll

Eg: 10, 14, 30
AC icon: 15-05, 12-02, 11-06 (the former is the set number and the latter is the icon number)

Nope. You can vote for both set and individual icons in the poll, like so

Set#, Set#, Set# (Set-Icon#, Set-Icon#, Set-Icon#)
eg: 56, 39, 142 (56-1, 39-5, 142-4)

We'll be sure to make two separate polls next time to lessen the confusion next time.
