Looks like it. It's definitely not memory or anything like that, because I was running it on absolutely nothing and it still had problems. I reformatted it to make sure and the entire keyboard wouldn't work.

It's weird, though. I didn't do anything to it. o.O

How old is your computer? It could be normal wear and tear.
