That will add him couple of percentage points after inevitable Supreme Court overrule. Strictly legally he was acquitted on insurrection charges in Senate, the only relevant court for his case, sort of like OJ Simpson case. Thhe rest is in the hands of average American voter (intelligence of which nobody ever went broke underestimating..)
