The Star Trek - The New Generation, That Never Was
The new adventures of the Labyrinth-class starship Enterprise (serial number NCC 1701-G), as originally envisioned by the Great Bird of the Galaxy, a.k.a. Gene Roddenberry himself.

Prelude: On the Good Ship Lollipop
This story takes place before and - partially - during the pilot episode, Encounter at Fairpoint. Its only goal is to try to explain why the canon Riker said to the fake Captain Rice in Arsenal of Freedom that he'd been made the CO of the Lollipop - "a good ship" - and why the real Rice should have understood the reference. Set in "The New Generation - That Never Was"-universe.
Warning: This one is a very smutty story.
01. The Neutral Zone
Not to be mistaken for the similarly-titled 1st Season episode. The Enterprise is chosen to be the location for trade negotiations with the Romulans. As to be expected, things go right to Hell.
02. Blood and Ice
The Enterprise is on her way to meet a sister ship, but finds more than bargained for, revealing a shameful secret from the Federation's past in the process.

03. Genius is Pain
The Enterprise has to transport a group of Davalii artisans to their destination. Unfortunately, artistic temperament isn't easily contained.
04. IQ Test
Q and his female counterpart force the Enterprise officers to take part in some sort of galactic olympics.
05. The Crystal
The Enterprise ferries supplies to an archeological dig on Bolaxnu VII. As always when on a milk run, things take a turn to the worse. Geordi's Mum (a different one from canon) comes to visit.
06. Terminus
The Enterprise answers a distress call, sent from the planet Bynax II. On their way, they are scanned by a probe of unknown origins, and disaster takes it usual course.
07. See Spot Run
The Enterprise helps the indigenous people of Procyon III to get rid of their Orion slavers, and counselor Natasha Yar finally has her traditional Betazoid wedding.

On Christmas Eve, after “All Good Things”, Picard ponders over the changes in his life, not all of them pleasant. A sappy little Christmas story. The link takes you straight to it.
Selar
An old story, written in Hungarian, for the Hungarian Star Trek Club's fanzine, back in the 1990s. Set after Season 2. Dr. Selar leaves the Enterprise to start a scientific career on Vulcan.

The Enterprise is ordered to the Romulan Neutral Zone on a highly confidential mission. Cmdr Billings, a high-ranking officer of SC, is supposed to help them. But why does he insist that Worf should leave the ship, what other secrets is he hiding and what are the Romulans up to? Set around the end of Season 1.
02 - Blood and Fire
The Enterprise crew has to fight an infection caused by Regulan bloodworms. Based on the original idea of David Gerrold, this is not a funny episode. A seven-part story, the link takes you to the secondary index page to which the individual chapters are all linked.
