The loss of my cousin Greg who recently committed suicide brought up a lot of old memories and originally I hadn't planned on doing a chapter on the specifics of the Doctor's regeneration from 8 to 9, but real life had other ideas thus the appearance so long after I had closed the Part 00 on Teaspoon of a Chapter 2.
