Ooh, interesting idea for an AU. I'd actually be interested in finding out what happened between Lily and Marshall to make her lose touch with both him and Ted. And I love how much animosity there is between Barney and Ted when Ted's talking to Robin.

Oh, I love this kind of AU! I honestly am not sure where this is going, whether you're doing AU or canon pairings, etc. so I can't wait to see what's next. Every word was awesome... you guys write seamlessly together!

Me, too. :D One of the things I really miss about fantasy/sci-fi fic is the sheer amounts of AUs, and a well-written AU is one of my favorite things ever. Glad you liked. :D
