Aww at the Ned/Olive one...unrequited love is so..sighnevermind
And, for one, brief, selfish moment, he desperately wished that it had been Lily, not Robin, that he'd fallen in love with. Then why why why oh Barney, you can't be that itchy!! Immediate self-gratification is something I can imagine just possesses a guy like him, even if it gets him into more trouble. Good analogy
Wow, three of my favourite fandoms, all in one post! I really like them all! :D
The Olive/Ned one is just perfect, sweet and sad and hopeful and very Olive. The last four lines are just so beautiful! *hugs Olive*
I love the humour in the himym one - trust Barney to know it's wrong but at the same time not care enough to stop! :P So many great lines! :D
And the Angela/Zack one is so sweet. It's not a pairing I'd ever considered, but it really works. I love the analogy of Zack's softness - it's very Angela, and it describes him perfectly. :)

Sometimes we forget that Barney is a bad, bad man. But I did want to incorporate humor into it, so I'm glad that worked.

Me neither, before I saw the prompt. They work surprisingly well together. Glad you enjoyed it!
