"Shit," she exclaims, and begins to tell Ted all about it.

My immediate reaction to that is "Noo! Don't do it!" (though that's also my reaction to Barney and Robin getting together in this AU, so. I don't know, I'm not trusting Ted; but he wants a second chance with Robin...) Probably best she's not crying alone.

Glad Barney cut his ponytail, and really liked that his suit was ill-fitting, that's he still the Barney Lily knows.

I feel just as guilty as Lily for thinking of Robin in some not so nice terms here.

Love the story, looking forward to the conclusion :)

We had a bit of a crisis of conscience about Lily bashing Robin in this. But it is canon that she hated Robin when she first saw her! ;-) Maybe they can work it out!

And for some reason I'm stuck on the line about Barney's string calloused fingers. It just added so much depth and realism into the world you two have created for me.

And Grr, Robin, hitting on everyone. Hope Barney's still cool and chill after that encounter... and not a wreck? Or maybe!!! They don't actually do anything, and Lily's just being paranoid! Or not :P

I totally dig this AU world you created and I was amazed by how much I did NOT want Barney and Robin to get together in this.

I really hope that Lily confessing all to Ted is the right thing for her.
