I've always loved Freebird as a song. I always thought it was about a guy leaving a girl, and just that the relationship was over and he's moving on.

As I was leaving my step-mothers funeral, it came on the radio just as I was leaving the cemetery. It now means something completely different and better. I love it like ten times more now. :)

I do believe that everything happens for a reason. Anything from people dying to songs on the radio. Even looking at the time. ;)

Ah thats awesome, thanks for sharing that! I was just telling Kira that I love it when people tell me that this song means so-and-so to them because of whatever its really interesting! Yes I could't agree more.
