Snowflake challenge, Day 2

Jan 02, 2015 13:22

I have been meaning to do the snowflake_challenge for years, but I also forgot until the middle of January. But this year! This year egelantier's post reminded me, and so I am doing it.

In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. ( Read more... )

I probably would never get over her either if I was Fitz. Nonetheless, Fitz, you should work on that.

This pretty much sums up my feelings on the matter.

I always feel rather torn about being judgmental at Fitz for this. Because I wouldn't do any better! But, at the same time, the longer he spends endlessly pining, the more likely it is that the TV show will reward him with Simmons in the end, because that's just how TV works. And I'm not really feeling that.

How long is a ficlet, typically? (I can't do any of these--I don't know the non-you fandoms well enough, and your books, which I love so very much, are just so one hundred percent *you* that I just couldn't even try. So I'm asking purely out of curiosity.)

Oh but fanart! I could maybe do that. Maybe that's what I'll try....

I've always conceived of a ficlet as anything less than a thousand words - particularly anything less than 500 words. But I'm not sure if that's a fandom standard or simply my own idiosyncratic definition.

I still treasure the drawing you made of Marcus holding Cottia!fox.
