I find that the best bunnies are immortal. I still have one bouncing around in my head for a fic where Owen from Torchwood dresses up as a matador (why? Who knows? Who cares?), just waiting for the day when I watch some Torchwood again.

I have this tab open because, even though I've never watched the series, I want to read the fic! Because your fics are always awesome, completely on their own--in fact, I think I read more fics from you in worlds I'm unfamiliar with (Rosemary Sutcliff's Roman Britain stuff) than in worlds I'm familiar with--like Downton Abbey :-)

Hah! I didn't even notice that this was only chapter 1. Still going to keep the tab open, but I'll look for your post when you finish, as well--how long do you think it will be? Never mind! Four chapters.

I'm hoping to have the whole thing up by next Thursday. I find it gives me a bit of extra incentive if I have a posting schedule that I'm trying to stick to.
