Classic Books That Should Not Be Adapted Into Disney Movies

After watching Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame, my friends and I - wont as we are to take any opportunity to discuss terrible things that one could do to classic literature - fell into conversation about the worst possible classic novel that Disney could possibly choose to adapt into a children’s movie.

I know. So many classic novels are just totally unsuitable for Disnification.

Titus Adronicus is also pretty unsuitable. Maybe if they did it with cute fluffy animals? Titus Andronicus: Attack of the Squirrels.

I believe there is a Mary Crawford model in A Little Mermaid.

Clearly I need to rewatch it. Possibly this should be one of my autumn plans: Disney princess movie rewatch.
