Kayla lives with her folks in a nice four bedroom home.
Tamara lives in an apartment with Gerald
Rachel lives with her daughter Reba and adopted daughter Cassie.
Kit lives with his little dog in the Bothwell residence.
Ming lives with Michael and her cousin Mari in Michael's house , and occasionally at the Sunset.
Jonathan lives with his mom and dad in an upscale three bedroom house.
Juice lives with David in the crappy section of town.
Grace lives in the college dorms.
Prudence lives with the cult religious commune (The True Messianic Faith)
Laili lives with Wesley and Gwen in a nice house.
Alex lives in an apartment in the semi-crappy section of town.
Clem lives in Spike's old crypt.
Yansa has not yet come to town - but will likely have a house.
Dalton owns a bookstore and lives below it.

Maggie lives with her Uncle Phillip and younger cousins in a very nice house in the Richer Residental area. [Despite the fact her Uncle has been nagging her to move into a campus dorm for this year; thinking she’d enjoy it better.]

Lilah lives in a small,but spacious apartment, in one of Sunnydale's better apartment complexes.

Gwen lives with Wes and Laili, and sometimes stays with Skylar for a day or two.
Deanna lives in a small house on the border of town with her father and her younger sister Charlotte.
Cassie lives with Reba and Rachel, her adopted family.
Narcissa (much to her dismay) currently lives in a crappy apartment in the bad part of town.
India is still staying with Kit until she can get her own place.
Lexi has a nice, spacious apartment near UC Sunnydale.
Bretton has a decent-sized house about five minutes from The Bronze.
Natalia lives in a crypt that she oddly considers 'cozy' and 'cute'.
