Congratulations!
I have had an up and down fight with diet and weight myself. I began the trek at a high of 177. I fought my way down to 160, and then 157. From there I lost momentum and am now back at 165. My eventual goal is 150, though 140 would be better, I do not think I will see those weights again...
It was a really hot and humid Pennsic, which made it very hard to keep up activity levels there. Now that the humidity and heat have broken some, I have hopes that I will be able to get back on track.
Best of luck to you in fighting to be healthier, M'Dear!

Been wavering between 258-260. Pissing me off...

The only consolation is that my legs are about 3% fat and the rest is muscle.

Unsure where the CDC wants me to be but the Army sez 185 Max I'm setting small goals So the next mile stone is 225 (which was my end goal at one point but I don't think it is where I should stop now but it attainable I have found that dead lines are counter productive to me 'cause if I miss them I get depress and eat to comfort myself as it is the one easy affordable way for me to have a treat

Congrats!

I'm not even sure where our scale is at the moment... but FvH knows he's down - his 31's fit. It's been even longer since I've been on a scale, but since I'm not a fighter, the trick for me is walking.

I agree about the time in armour, though. Feral was at his heaviest going into knee surgery, some 20-ish years ago, when they were telling him they weren't sure how good he'd be at *walking* - and not to even mention fighting.

Well done. It's harder to notice the weight loss on ourselves. I didn't realize how much weight I'd lost until one day I realized I had a visible waist again. *grin*
