This is superb!! I've often complained in wonderment as to the lack of more "traditonal" artwork in K/S...I love digital and manips and the like, but as a major fan of print media, zines, etc., I sorely miss the old days of so many incredibly talented traditionalists, drawing being my first (and probably best)love...this came out SO great! I'm siting here with my eyes wide open, just devouring the entire thing...I'll hop over to your gallery at DA shortly...wow..it's marvelous, absolutely...did you do this in pencil, and then merge it into PS? Sorry, too many questions, I'll leave a similar comment at your gallery...thank you so much for posting this...KEEP DRAWING!!! The fandom needs you, I love you! Okay, well, sure, I don't know you, but I love your work, you're good...you're really, really good! :-D
I like traditional media as well, though I also want to draw digitally because the colors are pretty cool. I need to learn how to color traditionally as well though... Practice gets one everywhere, I suppose. This is very true, I remember seeing my first digital drawing and wondering what media was used XD
It was done primarily in the good old number 2 with detail and such done with a 0.7 lead pencil. Yes, I only used PS to merge them afterward.
Jaja, I plan to keep drawing these lovely men, as well as my favorite irritable doctor whom I still haven't gottten around to. Thanks for the love, stranger <3
I'm always wary of drawing my favorite characters because I feel they won't live up to their awesomeness. But, I have to conquer this emotion in order to progress!
