It was quiet now outside the inn, the dark of night fading away as the dawn began her slow approach.  Yao was alone and watching the stars in the sky wink down when Kiku found him, his deceivingly youthful face bright and beautiful in the fading moonlight.  Kiku felt a small tremor of anger stir in him at the sight but he pushed it aside

I really like the way you show Alfred and Arthur's relationship/chemistry and how it changes throughout the journey. To me, how fast the two are brought together means nothing, as long as their bond is written and supported well, with good background to it and can still have a story there once they are together, why keep it waiting? And they way you've written the other characters too is quite charming and well done. I think you've done a wonderful job with writing about them all.

And this chapter, once again, has not failed to impress me.
I really did feel sorry for Arthur, I supposed he still has some getting used to when it comes to Alfred's child-like moods. XD
While they tried to sort the problem out with their disagreement, I couldn't help but think it was cute. But when they finally did settle it and smile again. I had to smile at it too. Oh, I'm so silly.And now, I have become very interested in Yao's story here too. We must see more. XD

I sympathized w/ Iggy more here too...it was hard to not come off as biased when I was writing their argument.

o-omg I read the whole story in one day.

You see, when I first read the summary I thought it wouldn't be my cup of tea. But yesterday I saw this update and started reading it, since it did look quite intresting with it having so many chapters and comments.

So I started reading it yesterday evening around 10 or something, and I became just so... addicted to it. It is really nice (and I really don't think that the relationship goes to fast or something like that)

I really hope to see more of this fanfiction, since I really like, no- love it.

I think that the argument was written wonderfully! In fact, the tenseness and awkwardness surrounding the two of them throughout has been chillingly familiar and realistic. I'm also captivated by the mystery surrounding Yao. I cannot wait to read more and am very happy that you are considering a sequel!

I mean, everyone's entitled to read what they like and all...but just because the relationship is hard and not exactly straightforward doesn't mean it's written poorly. Anyway, thank you love! And yes, yes it was. I'm actually really looking forward to delving into Yao's and Kiku's story and how it relates to Ivan...but alas...that's probably going to have to wait to the sequel. Which is really more of a 2nd half to the same story ^_^

Finally, Alfred gets it! I feel so relieved about that; maybe now he'll stop making Arthur feel so useless. I also think it's probably a good thing that they decided to slow down with their relationship, because it was moving a bit faster than was probably healthy.

I wonder what's going on in the last little bit. It seems Kiku thinks Yao is up to something...
