When things begin to fall into place.

Ahahah, after the first half of this year where I was pretty much posting every single day without fail (except weekends), now would be the time for me to sort of... disappear. Right after adding new friends on a friending meme and everything! /fail I've sort of been hanging around twitter much more than eljay in the past few weeks, so don't ( Read more... )

It won't help you right now, but Bodyartforms totally has the best jewelry ever. I just search by gauge, and then go, "Ugh, I want those earrings, and those earrings, and those..."

YESSSSSSS. Bodyartforms has sooooooooo much pretty pretty stuff! But it's also pretty expensive! =( I usually stick to eBay or the body jewelry supply store in Chinatown (NYC) for my jewelry. (Though Bodyartforms seems to have several helix spirals that are hard to find elsewhere, so I might consider them when I've got a little more spending money. =D) But a few months ago when I stretched to 4g I found some gorgeous pieces on Etsy, so that's an option as well.

Do you have any experience with polymer clay earrings? I've wondered about the texture and weight of them, as well as their durability, but have never seen them in person...

I had not heard of this white-ink thing? Is that like, not visible but YOU know it's there?

White ink is actually visible and... it's sort of paradoxical because it simultaneously stays whiter and crisper for longer on white skin, but is also harder to see on white skin. I'm sort of light-brown skinned (mix of SE Asian and White), so I mean to talk to my tattoo artist about how visible (in both the short-term and long-term) she thinks it'll be on my skin.

This is a good picture of a healed white ink tat:

I love the photo of that white tat on your back/neck area. I had never seen a one like that before, and it's well, pretty.
PLEASE don't leave LJ. I am trying to be more faithful writing on it myself and replying to others. I think there is a lot more freedom and space with LJ than twitter. I find that out of all the social networking places I have visited, the people on LJ are the most creative and thoughtful with what they write. Between all my e-mail accounts, facebook people (I never post there but apparently everyone else on planet earth does) and LJ I can't keep up.

Oh that pic of the white tat isn't mine! It's just a photo from tumblr. And oh, I didn't mean I was leaving LJ (I don't think I'd ever do that), I just meant that I wasn't posting as much as usual.

No worries! =D

Ooh, if you're coming to Philly and you have some time, we should meet up for lunch or dinner or something!

YESSSSS, I was thinking of you when I wrote this! I'm not sure I'll actually have time to hang because I'm not sure how long the tats will take or when I'd be arriving, but I hope we can do lunch or dinner one day! I still have your # so I'll definitely give you a call. =DDDD

Yay! Just let me know when you know what your plans are are we'll see if we can work something out. I'm getting my hair done on that Saturday at noon (IDK how long it will take), but other than that my weekend is pretty much free.
