I was on youtube and a couple other sites playing click the link like you do when you're reluctant to actually tackle the work you really should be doing because you're already swamped... I am actualfax LOLing at the thought of you going to see Tinie Tempah. He's just so ... so ... British. I'm pleased some of our dubstep/grime dudes seem to be getting attention outside of the UK!

(Although not N-Dubz. Dear god, please no.)

DUB TRIO ON PADDY'S DAY. JEALOUUUUUS.

I expect the show to be hilarious, I think. I wonder if anyone there will actually even know him? I'm still kind of stunned that I'm only going to have to pay $5 to see him, and in a relatively small venue, whereas in the UK I'd be paying £75+. I keep getting all excited and then I *facepalm* because I remember that I actually like the remixes of his songs more than I like the original versions....

It's odd because NYC has a really lame clubbing scene (unless you're into American hip hop, which I'm not), and there's barely any industrial/synthpop/EBM (which is what I prefer to dance to) or drum & bass, and I normally lament and rail at the gods over this, but it's times like these that I'm glad to live in NYC.... at least we get good live acts.

I haven't heard N-Dubz, but maybe I'll just refrain from looking them up, hahah.
