Everyone's saying this Katsu was "not the best Katsu ever, but..." But I'd say it went similarly to last year for me. I worked 10 hours on Friday, 10 hours on Saturday, and 5 hours on Sunday, followed by driving back to NYC. Yes, from what I've heard of next year's hotel, it's going to be amazing! I can't wait!

It was GREAT hanging out with you too! And yes, you must rectify! *Throws hands in the air and shouts RECTIFY as if in church...for no reason at all* :D
I had an absolute blast down there with you. Definitely made good memories.
