Weekend of Serious Entertainment.

First of all, this weather is freaking crazy.

So there was Rock Band on Friday night until the wee hours of Saturday morning. It was loads of fun. Drums are HARD. But only if you insist on playing the base pedal yourself. LOL, if you have someone else playing the base pedal while you do the drums part, it isn't so bad. ^^; Also, I really ( Read more... )

I still prefer to read House-Wilson friendship fics instead of slash. If slash ever became canon in the show, I might change my mind, though. ^____^

I agree with you on that, but I could never see it becoming canon. It would be really weird. >_<;

I may have mentioned it before, but I can read fic where they're already together (especially if they're together in the past), but H/W get-together fics are difficult to read (even when they have spot-on characterization) because I just can't see them really getting together.

Maybe if I was able to see RSL and Laurie actually act out them getting together, then it would be different.

I wouldn't mind seeing House and Wilson get together at the very end of the series, in a fade to black kind of way. My preference though is for House to not be with anyone, unless Stacy comes back. If she comes back for the end of the show and they get together, I'll be content.

The romantic relationship I really don't want to see is House and Cuddy. I think that would be a big mistake, unless they write it that it was a big mistake for them to do. I just don't see that relationship being healthy for either of them.

Again, I totally agree with you. I guess I wouldn't mind seeing House/Cuddy sex, but not like a real relationship. After seeing the first season I'd been more open to it, but by the time the third season rolled around and Cuddy started making noises about "get over me", I got really worried that the writers were going in that direction. *shudders*

I absolutely loved House and Stacy's relationship, though it's too late for that now. I agree about preferring House to not be in a relationship until possibly the end of the series. But seeing as how I never want the series to end.... how long do you think they'll go with this series? Aside from the corporate aspect, how long do you think Hugh Laurie is willing to work on the series, living in LA away from his family? Do you happen to know anything about whether his contract specified a number of years/seasons? I just can't see it going on as long as, say, ER (even though I would absolutely love for it to).

Also, have you finished season 3/started season 4 yet?
