i'm not really sure how much exactly.
add USD5 to the poster amount for the tube + registered mail. I'm not too sure about the weight though. I don't think it'll go over USD15 altogether. I could check it out for you if you want? but I can't promise you i can do it immediately. it's gonna be public holidays soon here in Malaysia and post office's gonna be closed sometime next week.
