[As much fun as Minagawa poked at Toku, there was still a part of him that wouldn't exactly want him to end up hurt or even dead. Because if he did, who would he tease? So when he'd heard that loud thump, he'd actually been right outside Toku's front door, as he'd been checking on his former co-worker ever since the end of the festival.

Opening the front door, he peeked in and found exactly what he thought he'd find: Toku passed out on the floor.]

...I thought you knew better than to over-exert yourself like this when you're sick.

[Walking into the room and ignoring the almost worried-sounding squeaks of the hamsters, Minagawa bent down and set a hand on Toku's shoulder.]

Tokumi? That floor is rather disgusting. You should get up now.

[Whatever he had, it left Toku disoriented and dizzy to the point where he had drifted in and out of consciousness. He had only just remembered to use his communicator--to avoid the pain of shocks, certainly--when the fever had finally taken over and he lost sight of what he was holding.

Surprised to find himself facing his cold floors, he looked at the hand on his shoulder, then the face of its owner, before bolting up suddenly.]

M-Minagawa! I'm...

[Dizzy, that's what. The sudden motion has him sinking down again with a groan. His hand reaches up and struggles with coordination until finally grasping onto his head. He grimaced. He might need a moment.]

[He leaned back a little as Toku suddenly bolted up, expecting him to simply snap out of whatever it was that had caused him to collapse... until of course Minagawa was proven otherwise. Sighing, he stood up and brushed off his pants.]

It's best for you to head to the hospital, if you are feeling as bad as you appear. I shall even take you there myself.

[Glancing over quickly to the hamster cage, Minagawa extended a hand so Toku could pull himself up.]

Should we bring along Pork and Steak?

[He couldn't fight this off as much as he thought. He thought it would only pass, even with each new symptom... but, if he had to...
