He's a demihuman. He's dark blue with claws on his hands and a reptile-like tail. It has a tuft of fur on the end. He can climb walls and ceilings, teleport, and turn invisible. He hasn't tried to run, and I think there are limits on his abilities that make them useless in his current predicament.

There has to be limits to his teleporting, otherwise, he would have used it to easily get away from us.
