народ помогите советом

у меня пиздец

неделю назад перестало работать отопление. пришлось ждать до вторника пока моя "housing association" не заработает.
им позвонил. мне два дня голову морочили. сегодня сказали что год прошел после постройки дома, все дефекты - мои. (квартира куплена по shared ownership).

дали телефон какой то компании которая хочет ( Read more... )

Попробуй спросить соседей. Наверняка же у них такая же система и они уже с этим сталкивались.

Yes, Housing Association would be responsible for all communal repairs. Since the boiler is shared then, it is most reasonable to assume, it is maintained by it.

You also need to check your shared ownership arrangement - if someone shares ownership then it is logical to assume share all maintenance and even, say, decoration expenses.

The bolier is outside of the flat.
They _do not know_ that the issue is say with electric equipment or tubes inside of the flat. So, they must check the issue first.

This is what they will say to you. However, it is not a typical leasehold, your co-owner should share maintenance expenses, even if the owner is your HA itself who you pay maintenance charges.

If your co-owner does not share those responsibilities and has no sufficient legal cover then... you can take them for a ride.
