Internet Exploder won't die because it comes with the computer and grandma is too dumb to install Firefox. That website is an old people website. It looks good in Opera Mini 4.2, though! Great job!

The mean age of most of my clients' websites is, like, 65 years old. Heck, maybe more. For a lot of my projects, I have to distinctly say "click here to..." for most of the links.

It's a catch-22. I have to make a page that supports browsers as far back as Netscape 4, but doing so perpetuates the use of such legacy browsers.

Hey, did you miss the part where I mentioned that - due to the client's main demographic - I ~had~ to go back to basics? Third sentence there, buddy.

I've got several more-modern webpages in my portfolio, despite not actually being a web designer (it's a job that usually falls in my lap, as the marketing guy). I don't go bragging about 'em, since I know they're nothing special. What made this page notable, was the challenge presented by having to go old-school with its design. It's not indicative of my usual design jobs, just like on the other site you commented on, so relax.
