Just my luck, we have a big ad landing in Atlanta, next weekend. I need to teach our new receptionist how to tell off condescending and troublesome callers.

Oh joy. I wish you strength and as little caller stupidity as possible.
This is one of the reasons I never went into IT or similar customer services.
Then again, it's not like I didn't have my massive share of morons back in the food industry...I always felt like the assholes you guys get on the phone are the exact same I had to feed afterwards.

Oh wow and joy. Yeah accidently done that eh, maybe once. Give me a break though. Maybe it's just us normal people who've grown up with technology but is it really that oblivious for people to screw up purposely - and THEN complain it's your fault? Sheesh.

That's what has always gotten to me... If someone knows they are deficient in an area, I think they should be more willing to take the word of a professional in the field than try to contest them. It's sorta like someone whose last camera was a 110 Instamatic in the 1980s, getting in your face and saying you're wrong for using a certain 50 mm f/1.8 II with no understanding of how it works or even where on the camera it goes. I mean... Wow! I don't get where that kind of thought process comes from. Maybe some people just have a contentious nature, and will fight about stuff no matter the subject. =P

Yeah right; using the search bar should have no impact on finding the site. If it does fail, this shows the company in question hasn't a clue about SEO.

Spare me the "professional viewpoint."

Wow, dude, two disparaging comments in a row... And, on posts over a year old. What's the deal ( ... )
