American Buddhists really like Rumi, the prolific Sufi (Islamic) poet and inspiration for the proverbial dervish dancers.

Interesting thoughts, esp about questions. I've been pondering that a lot recently too, and got some readings on that as well - the power of the questions themselves, the root of them; that simply changing the questions we ask has to power to change our whole experience - even while we still do not have "the answers".
