Someone set us up the bomb!

*grin* You have a much more detailed memory than I do.

But then maybe I’m just prone to dating women with underdeveloped survival instincts.

Well, I also fancy myself a creative writer, which is just a fancy way of saying I lie when it suits me and exaggerate at all other times...

As for the rejoinder, I must admit that I thought long and hard about whether to include an example of my own all-too-humanity (such as incident you are probably thinking of, since it's probably my all-time worst) but I decided not to at the last minute.

Hmmm.... perhaps this telling stories isn't such a wise thing to do, after all... I sure am lucky that you're such a kind person with a wonderful sense of humor!

Oh, but I'm sure you'd've provided some high amusement... Granted, we'd probably wind up at each other's throats, too, but that seems par for the course around here.

And I won't even begin to tell you some of the stories those ladies could tell about me... Between my natural bizarrity and the occasional complete goof-up, I imagine I've left some stories and some psychological scars in my wake...

What's all this talk about your all-too-humanity? Don't you remember honey.... you're perfection itself! ;)

Well, yeah, but I have to at least maintain the image of humility. It's all part of the Image Management duty.
