Oh, I love this! All the details are gorgeous, and the little ways you bring each character to life. But the ending... *shivers* The change in mood is palpable. Really wonderful!

I really like the way the gifts personify the givers. And, ahaha, a giant blue teddybear! The mood change towards the end is sudden, but all the more effective for that.

Ah, that first line. I like the idea of it, but I'm not sure I have the rhythm of it right. *squints at the commas*

In the original version, Augusta played a much more vocal part. But when I changed the style of the fic, I couldn't get rid of that line. XD Glad you liked.

Giant blue teddy bear indeed. I have a feeling it was a compromise present. (Harry got a giant lion. It roared.)
