Rude Awakening

So last night I went to bed before Chris leiny got home from work. I had to be up at 4:45 am to get to work at 6:45am. Chris was not the source of my sudden wakefulness. When he got home he was very quiet and was sitting at his computer doing whatever when I awoke. I noticed the light was on and came to just long enough to smile sleepily at him say

As I was taking pictures of the flooding, etc., my dad kept reacting to the camera's flash as if it was nearby lightning.
