So... I'm avoiding the huge amounts of LJ posts I need to catch up on (and leaving it to later so there will be even more later... ^^;) and also doing my accounting exercises. I went through some of my 'scrap' files and pulled this one out to scrub up and finish. Bit random, but ah well.

... I am also working on otaku!Jae fic. XD

That was gorgeous. I've only read a few OT5 pieces that I've actually liked, and this was 'equal' enough (affection-wise?) that my inner yunjae-fangirl didn't get mad XD

I especially love how despite how all this is happening in Japan, the land of gratuitous fanservice, they're still being treated like the odd ones out. Not that I should feel that they should be treated differently, but the aura they exude as a group and the relationships that they share with each other are just different and... yeaaah. lsadkajla You make me run out of words 8D

I think that's sort of what I was getting at while writing this. To me, Japan is land-of-fandom, but so much of it seems so very fake and it makes me D: when I hear about the not-very-friendly, or distant relationships some of the groups have. It also makes me love the boys all the harder though, because they really do seem to have a genuine, deep affection for each other. Now, more then when they were younger and it seemed a little scripted. Now, they seem so cute and fun-friendly with each other, and to me at least, a lot of their group 'fanservice' is just unplanned expressions of their enjoyment/excitement/affection etc.

They make me believe, which is why I've never fangirled, or even been as interested in, a group as hard as I have DBSK. ♥

I totally agree with you, Loki...I find that their fanservice is one of the most natural and unscripted around the industry...
