Pamela Aiden's Trilogy

Pamela Aiden's trilogy "Fitwilliam Darcy, Gentleman" is a fantastic read. I skipped Book 2 because it doesn't deal with anything that happens in Austen's P&P (and I was a little more than impatient to read the conclusion), but Book 3's These Three Remain holds a special place in my heart, for it truly was a book I could not put down. I agree with what you have been saying about this trilogy. so far I have read the first and second book and I have only had them about a week. The second book does fall into the realms of a gothic novel but the first half can at least be credited with giving you a greater understanding of the dynamic between Darcy and Georgiana. If the mooncalf Darcy is something you want to explore more then reading this book will give you that little pleasure and if you can look beyond the Gothic overtones of the second half, well you can find enjoyment there too.
