Ticky/Link- lolo. Ticky loves Link. HE'S HILARIOUS. AND ALWAYS HAS FOOD. Actually, Ticky's not big on sweets, (he'd rather steal a loaf of good bread, mm) but he appreciates someone who just. Always seems to have something edible on him. He can tell he makes Link A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, but assumes it's that whole homicidal killer rumor going around. It doesn't bother him. Mostly Link is VERY UPTIGHT and the hobo part of ticky wants to bother him a lot.
As for WHEN TICKY FINDS OUT? Honestly, other than a little extra rape, he'll laugh it off and keep on going. He'll be a little more inclined to fuck nastily with him in the future, but ALL IN ALL, you don't have Innocence, so he doesn't really care. I'm not entirely sure he's EVEN NOTICED that non-exorcist members of the black order exist.
TICKY was really just considering getting KON to make dinner for the Earl's party.
KIRA thinks KON is hot and a good dick eater and pokable.

Ticky/Allen- Uh. NO ONE'S TOLD TICKY YOU'RE A NOAH, EVEN THO BOYFRIEND FIGURED IT OUT. WHEN HE FINDS OUT HE'LL LAUGH. AND WELCOME YOU TO THE FAMILY. As it is, Allen is just... Allen. IDK. YOU HAVE TO TALK TO TICKY FREQUENTLY TO STAY ON HIS RADAR. He can't kill him right now, thanks to Cross has FINALLY MOVED OUT, and otherwise Ticky doesn't think about him much.
TICKY knows YUKI is part of Shigure's family and vaguely recalls having a conversation with him and that he's fairly polite. NO SPECIAL IMPRESSION.

First impressions are MORE OR LESS WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY HEARD. Kira likes him, much as Kira likes anyone/tends to like everyone. IN A WAY he has a soft spot for good guys that got the short stick in life, which camp is kinda full of (which, IN HIS MIND, most of humanity is full of). But since he doesn't care what people think of him, and sort of PREFERS THAT THEY NOT THINK WELL OF HIM, he tends to push buttons.
He was legitimately curious about your power, SINCE THAT'S PRETTY WEIRD. But your angst he doesn't actually care about. but he will continue to poke it because it's there to be poked, and it's sort of what he does when people leave him to his devices.
HE ALSO LIKES BRIBES AND GETTING THINGS FROM PEOPLE and will probably show up and perpetually bother Ned for pie, JUST BECAUSE. pie is yummy.
