I absolutely love her and when bases_by_maggie posted a set of lovely bases, I just had to play. This is a small set of six Scarlett Johansson icons. I played around with contrast and color and all that jazz. I hope you enjoy them!! ♥

No problem. It's really easy. You just use a round brush, I use the blurry ones and using red apply a circle where you want the light. I usually will blur it some more with the blur tool and then set the layer to Lighten or Pin Light depending on the effect I want. I also played a bit with the opacity of the layer. I hope that helps! I don't know how others do it but that's what I do. :)
