Well I would do shipping separate since it'd be easier if people wanted more than one. They end up saving a lot more, imo. I usually see how people price things and then adjust it to be the same or less. I don't charge certain characters more, ie: more for Prussia/England. Not unless they were released at different times like plushies/mascots. :D
