Aww, Wall-E/Eve! I loved that, and oh I cried. (Possibly because I was watching it the afternoon before "The Stolen Earth" aired, so that ship seemed full of D/R analogies.

My husband actually suggested Faramir/Eowyn when I was compiling this last night, since that is one of his ships, I think.
