I have a soft spot for the Domestic Bliss arc of stories by Flamika. I reread parts of that all the time (especially Golden Boy). Jei also has a few stories that are super long and very well written. Axiomatic (and the sequel), The Best Laid Plans (and sequels) and Grief and a Headhunter's Rage are just a few. They can be found on her page at Amy Mizuno's site. Those seem like pretty obvious recs, so I'll give a few that aren't typically recommended, too.

The Variable by Artemis

I'd also check out Plastic and Rose Pale in kuroiyousei's journal. (Plastic is finished and Rose Pale is being posted weekly, but it's all written.)

I'm sure I could rec a lot more, but those are a few that I really like.
