Every human I ask gives a different response as to what exactly the meaning of this "holiday" is. Indians are involved in every story, so I will blame the day existing entirely upon them.

However, I do not suppose getting to enjoy turkey with my brother ends with a need to blame anyone at all.

I believe the confusion is due the commercialization of the holiday and subsequent backlash against it.

It's a common social phenomena due to the conflicting evolutionary needs for humans to both stand out and so be able to find a mate and survive while at the same time trying to keep themselves in the group for protection.

I am only disappointed that I missed out on a scalping. However, we were most likely busy on another planet during the time it occurred.
