Well, I don't... I see the entry... Whatever, it was supposed to be a cute way to say hello.
Is the ankle sprained at all? Because if so, I have the perfect aid; soak your foot/ankle in a mixture of warm water and vinegar. Srsly. Vinegar. Speaking as someone who spent half her life on a sprained ankle, I'm telling you, it helps big time. It can be so badly sprained that you can't walk on it, but after a while of soaking in that mix, you'll be walking almost like normal, if only for a while, in which case you soak some more! Of course this may be pointless, because random shooting pain sounds less sprain-y and more... weird-y. And I hope it fixes itself soon. Being in so much pain that there are tears is never a good thing. I am off to send you a message now :) Try to smile big, lass!

The swelling has gone down a lot since I have been keeping it elevated and iced. Though it still hurts like a mofo, walking on it is getting easier.
I have no idea what happened. I have never injured myself before.
Off to try that remedy!
