On the 'flat' front, we finally got a decent Q no. Decent still falls outside the prescribed number of flats, ie 199 out of 190, but to date since ten out of sixty applicants have pulled out, we will definitely have a fighting chance at getting a flat which is not on the bloody second floor.

Oh really? Good luck then. Make sure u have many many backup units cos chances are the ones u want would already be chosen by someone else

Well my advice is to select a unit u like and can see yourself staying in for at least 5 years. Don't forget if you want to sell, having a good unit location is quite important

Actually i havent even really looked at the units carefully because i'm kinda scared to jinx it.. always plan so much and dont know how many are left in the end.. but i'm guessing i will do so closer to selection date when we're clearer on the no of units left and can plan better.
