Sounds like such a fun birthday! We have a Fogo de Chao here too.. it was a blast, but like you, it took some definite recovery time. ;)

Dr Pepper Cake is quite an experience, you know you want to try it!

Fogo was so much fun. I want to go back now that i know what to expect. I was sort of in awe and had pretty much filled up in 20 minutes, which is not how it should be done. Gotta savor all those tasty meats (I also realized I don't really like Filet Mignon - just never does it for me. And I didn't like the Fogo version, I decided that means I don't like it period)
