Honestly, I would love to do that. Johnny from Dicebreaker did that back in 2019, I remember he posted photos of a house his friends group rented and they just played games all weekend and that sounds AMAZING.
I'm hoping that COVID vaccines are done by November and I can go to PAX Unplugged but if not I will have my own in my house.
Vaccinated by the fall is my current hope. Our Provincial government is terrible (wannabe Trump type) so we're mismanaging the vaccine roll out but I think it's possible that because our Federal government has been arranging to get the vaccines in that the distribution in Ontario will happen, it'll just take a while. I know a lot of people wanted a "normal" summer and I don't think we'll have that. One of our biggest conventions is still pretending they're going ahead at the end of August... in the same building which is currently our main vaccination site. So not happening.
November seems like a very reasonable goal though for an event and if it doesn't work then having people over for a gaming weekend sounds like the next best thing.
