I saw that on IG and was like OHHH SNAP YOU MADE IT THROUGH!!! I still need to finish watching season one lol.

Ohhh yeah. Once you've had good quality sushi, the store stuff does not cut it. And is it just me, or does store bought sushi rice taste weird?! I only really trust California and avocado rolls at the store and the rice is enough to not eat it again for months at a time (for me anyway LOL).

YES the rice tastes SO WEIRD! I think it is whatever they put in it to make it sticky, since they probably have to speed up the process because it always tastes a bit stale?

...damn now I want sushi though.

I saw you and like one or two other friends talk about this show today so I decided to start watching it. I'm halfway through the first episode of the first season but I was really enjoying it!

I didn't think I would like it when it first came on. I don't even remember why I started watching it but it is so well made it pulled me in.

I watched it all over the weekend too! Wonderfully done all around, and I was glad of the focus change as well. Holden drives me a bit crazy. There is such a drive in this show, even in the first episode where nothing much happened.

LOL yeah, Holden is full of himself, which I guess people who break these kinds of barriers sort of half to be to get the job done, but I was glad to take the focus off of him this season. Plus, all of the issues that Tench and Wendy are working on were just great in adding layers and layers to what could have just been a "serial killer of the day" show.

It's Sooooo binge-able. But with all the lights on LOL. I didn't think it bothered me until I went to bed and then every little sound I kept jumping. I am a wuss and easily scared, apparently.

It's VERY smart and very well done. I'm not huge into true crime or even detective shows really, but this one is just so good I couldn't stop watching it.
