I'm so freakin' ready for 2019. I kinda want to rewatch the whole series again. I will never cancel my Prime as long as they keep this show going

God, I love The Expanse so much. I was super disappointed when Syfy cancelled it (like seriously, first Dark Matter and then The Expanse, two of their best scifi shows on their network? wtf?), but then a glimmer of hope when they were shopping the show around for a new home, and then the fan campaign happened and just the passion the fans had -- I mean, I had recently gotten into the show so I wasn't that aware of how large the fanbase was and how dedicated and determined they were to getting the show back, and just seeing them all come together was so beautiful and amazing. I'm so glad that it was saved. Here's to more seasons! :D

We have the first three books (they're technically my sisters, but I plan on buying my own copies soon) and I'm going to be reading the first book very soon.

It's so good. Smart Sci-Fi with great characters and storytelling that has you glued to the edge of your seat. And these characters are so well developed, you even find yourselves hoping that the "bad guys" will find a way to become better. It's on Prime to stream now :D

I'm so glad it was saved. I need to see if my friend will let me borrow her password. I wouldn't mind Prime for when there's a new season, but it's so hard to cancel prime and I can't get internet at home so it's not totally worth the cost.
