It really was! I wasn't sure what the heck it was about, but really the best way to describe it is lovely. :)

We just watched "Blended" the other day. I don't care what the critics say, I thought that movie was funny and cute. Those are the kind of movies that are right in Adam Sandler's wheelhouse.

Also finally saw "Captain America 2" and thought it was awesome.

He and Drew Barrymore have done a lot of rom-coms together now, clearly there is something there worth watching. :)

Cap 2 was so much fun! I inhaled a bag of popcorn during that movie and I regret nothing.

Into The Woods is just great and I really liked Toy Story of Terror :)

It is such a good musical. I confessed to Sylvia afterward that I made her watch it so she could come with me to see the Disney movie in December and then we could discuss afterwards LOL. She seemed fine with that. I'll make her a theater geek yet!

I had the very same feelings re: Dallas Buyer's Club. It just didn't really do much for me, either.

I saw A Walk Among the Tombstones while I was in Portland. It wasn't what I expected it to be, but I really liked it!
