Ugh - Why do these people exist?

I was just telling an LJ friend recently that Vancouver isn't all that scary and there hasn't been any big murders for a while and then - Body parts have been mailed and discovered in two Vancouver schools.

The murder didn't take place in Vancouver but now it's a crime scene. And what the fuck? Seriously? Why? Why would anybody do this... now I'm

There are so many sick people in the world. And, don't take this the wrong way, but I'm shocked that this was in Canada. Not because I think so highly of us, but because we're always painted in this nice, polite view. The fact that this could happen around here is kinda scary. Then again, this would be scary in any country.
